Updates and Deadlines

THERE IS LESS THAN A MONTH LEFT BEFORE THE DEADLINES ARTISTS. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO MANAGE YOUR TIME

This journal will be regularly updated if there are extra information that I need to send to the artists as a whole. Keep a look out for it.

Deadline for Sketch of artwork due: Dec 20th email to me (alice.jao@hotmail.com) with email subject: One Day Artbook Sketch
This is not very important so if you have something on you don't have so send it to me on this day.
(this is only a general sketch to make sure there is nothing overly inappropriate or copyright infringing etc. that may not work in the book. If there is something up and you can't send in just the sketch to me then please note me closer to the date.)

Deadline for Timeslot sign up: Nov 1st. (Note me if you want to sign up for your time.)
(you can still change it after you have signed up as long as there is space in that time. eg. if you want to swap from 8am to 9pm you can as long as there is a slot open for 9 pm. I just need an approximation and that is why I need you to sign up sometime before then.)

Deadline for Artwork: Jan 30th

Deadline for artwork preview: Feb 5th.
(this is the less than 40% view of the artwork. Either post a journal or upload it as an artwork or both. tweet it, Facebook it, tumblr it I don't really care as long as you do one of those by Jan 5th. More details of this will come up closer to the date so don't worry about this just yet )
